When you create an account, we may receive your name, email address, password hash and optional profile image. QR tools process the text, links, files, contact details or other content you choose to enter. Contact requests include the details and message you submit. Payment providers may process billing information; LatestQR should not receive your complete card or banking credentials.

Our server may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. Essential session cookies help keep you signed in and protect account features. If analytics or advertising services are enabled, those providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers subject to consent and applicable law.

LatestQR may offer Google sign-in and may display Google AdSense advertisements after the service is configured. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize ads where permitted. We use information to operate accounts, generate and save requested QR codes, secure the service, respond to enquiries, diagnose errors, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not ask users to place confidential personal information inside publicly shared QR codes.

Uploaded files and saved QR records may remain available while needed to provide the feature or account. Contact submissions are retained for support and record-keeping purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Users should remove sensitive destinations and contact us when deletion is needed.

Information may be processed by service providers needed for hosting, authentication, payments, security, analytics or advertising. It may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect users or the service, or during a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell account contact details as a standalone product.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Cookie choices can be managed through our notice and through browser or provider settings. Contact us to submit a privacy request; we may need to verify your identity.

LatestQR is not directed to children under 13, and users must have the legal capacity required to create an account in their location. Please contact us if you believe a child provided personal information improperly.
