By accessing LatestQR, creating an account or using a tool, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and comply with laws that apply where you live.
Permitted use
You may create QR codes for lawful personal, educational or business purposes. You may not use LatestQR for malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, harassment, illegal sales, infringement, unauthorized tracking, spam or content that violates another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the text, files, images, destinations and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. You grant LatestQR only the limited permission needed to process, store and display that content to provide requested features.
QR code reliability
Scan performance depends on size, contrast, print quality, damage, device capabilities and the continued availability of the destination. You must test each code before distribution. Static QR destinations generally cannot be changed after the code is created.
Third-party services
LatestQR may connect to Google, payment providers, social platforms, map services or external destinations. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently, and we do not control their availability or content.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, limit or discontinue features to improve security, reliability or compliance. Free features do not create a promise of permanent availability. Paid terms, if applicable, must be displayed before purchase.
Enforcement and liability
We may restrict accounts or content that creates security, legal or policy risk. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LatestQR is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect, untested, unavailable or malicious destination selected by a user. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
